USU Study Abroad

Study Abroad opportunities at USU are affordable. USU has a varied menu of program offerings. With our partner consortium International Student Exchange Programs (ISEP) or our partner institutions, most program fees are based on the exchange model. A USU student exchanges places with an incoming exchange student from a partner university abroad. Exchange Program costs are based on USU tuition, fees, and housing. Some competitive locations, affiliate provider, or short/term summer program, prices will vary based on direct program costs. See a summary of all our partner programs.

All programs (except certain volunteer programs), earn credits toward an academic degree at USU. Financial aid and scholarships apply nearly 100% of the time. See our scholarship sheet for more information regarding additional scholarships for Study Abroad. Financial information is available in the how to begin section of the site.

Interested in a short-term study period? Consider summer programs which run 4-8 weeks. Earn USU credit on faculty-led programs, or earn transfer credit on most other programs.
