Exhibitor Information 

 

USU Study Abroad looks forward to seeing all of our third-party program providers and faculty leaders during our fall and spring study abroad fairs. Participation as an exhibitor in the USU Study Abroad Fair is by invitation only and is open to existing third-party program providers, partners, and colleagues from all USU colleges and campuses.

With each fair, we reach out to our key providers, partners, and faculty with registration details including how to secure a table at the fair.

How to Register

A registration form will be sent by email to all exhibitors to secure a table for the next USU Study Abroad Fair. Advanced registration is required. Registration fees vary by exhibitor type.

Registration Payments

Study Abroad Fair exhibitors can make payments online through PayPal.
Payments from third-party affiliated providers 
Payments from non-affiliated third-party providers and travel agencies
USU Faculty and USU services are required to register but do not have a fee. 

Advance Shipment of Materials

We recommend shipping materials in advance of the fair.
